Tips

• Washers and dryers are located in each condo
• The outdoor hot tub is quite large, but the pool is smaller
• An area shuttle is available to take you around town
• West of the downtown area, close to the roads into the other ski areas
• Leather sofas in most rooms
• Road noise is audible, but not disruptive
• One pet of any size may stay for a charge of $25/night, to a maximum of $100

Scant blocks from downtown Aspen, you'll stay less than a mile from the lifts at Aspen Mountain Ski Resort and only ten minutes from Aspen Highlands Ski Resort. Take advantage of the vibrant in-town location while keeping your skiing options open.

• Within walking distance: Everything downtown Aspen has to offer is yours, including plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops
• Transportation: You can walk downtown, and a complimentary shuttle will ferry you around town, but you may want to bring a vehicle if you plan to visit some of the more distant ski areas
